၁၉/၁၁/၁၂ ရက္ေန႔ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံသို႕အလည္အပတ္ေရာက္ရွိလာေသာ အေမရိကန္သမၼတ အိုဘားမား ၏ သမိုင္း၀င္မိန္႔ခြန္းအား ရန္ကုန္တကၠသိုလ္ ဘြဲ႔ႏွင္းသဘင္ခန္းမတြင္ မိန္႔ၾကားခဲ့ေသာ မိန္႔ခြန္းမွာ အလြန္ပင္ေကာင္းမြန္လွပါသည္။
သို႕ေသာ္ ထိုမိန္႔ခြန္းတြင္ ရခိုင္ျပည္နယ္အေရးကိစၥႏွင့္ပတ္သတ္၍ ေျပာၾကားရာတြင္ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံတြင္ မရွိပါဟု သမိုင္းအေထာက္အထားမ်ားႏွင့္တကြ သမၼတႀကီး ဦးသိန္းစိန္ ႏွင့္ ေဒၚေအာင္ဆန္းစုၾကည္ တို႔အပါအ၀င္ ႏိုင္ငံေရးေခါင္းေဆာင္ႀကီးမ်ား၊ တိုင္းရင္းသားေခါင္းေဆာင္ႀကီးမ်ား၊ ဘဂၤလီေခါင္းေဆာင္မ်ား ႏွင့္ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံသားအားလံုးက ေျပာဆိုကန္႔ကြက္ထားေသာ ”ရိုဟင္ဂ်ာ” ဆိုေသာ အသံုးအႏူန္းအား သံုးစြဲသြားသည္မွာ အလြန္အရသာရွိေသာ ဟင္းပြဲတစ္ခုတြင္ ၾကြက္ခ်ီးတံုး တစ္တံုးပါသြားသကဲ့သို႕ အလြန္အရုပ္ဆိုးအက်ဥ္းတန္လွပါသည္။ မိမိတို႕ကို မိမိတို႕ အင္အားႀကီး ႏိုင္ငံျဖစ္သည့္အတြက္ အင္အားနည္းေသာႏိုင္ငံတစ္ခု၏ ျပည္တြင္းတြင္ သတ္မွတ္ထားေသာ စည္းကမ္း၊အယူအဆအား အင္အားႀကီးသူက ဂရုစိုက္စရာမလို ငါေျပာခ်င္တဲ့အရာကို ေျပာလို႕ရသည္ဟု ထင္မွတ္ထားသည္ဟု ယူဆမိပါသည္။ ရခိုင္ေဒသတြင္ ျဖစ္ေပၚေနေသာ အဓိကရုဏ္းမ်ားသည္ ”ရိုဟင္ဂ်ာ” အမည္ကိုလိမ္လည္မူေပါင္းေျမာက္ျမားစြာျဖင့္ ဖန္တီးၿပီး ရခိုင္ျပည္အား အီစလန္မိုင္ေဇးရွင္းနယ္ေျမ လုပ္လိုေသာလူအုပ္စုႏွင့္ မိမိေဒသအား မဆံုးရူံးရေအာင္ ကာကြယ္ေနၾကေသာ ေဒသခံျမန္မာ၊ရခိုင္တိုင္းရင္းသားမ်ား ၾကားတြင္ျဖစ္ေနေသာ နယ္ေျမလုသူႏွင့္ကာကြယ္သူတို႕၏ စစ္ပြဲျဖစ္ပါသည္။ ကမာၻေက်ာ္သမၼတ တစ္ေယာက္အေနျဖင့္ ႏိုင္ငံတစ္ႏိုင္ငံ၏ အေၾကာင္းအရာကို ေျပာဆိုေတာ့မည္ဆိုလ်င္ ထိုႏိုင္ငံထိုေဒသ၏ အေျခအေနႏွင့္ဓေလ့ထံုးတမ္းစဥ္လာမ်ားကို အေသးစိတ္ေလ့လာၿပီးမွ ေျပာၾကားရမည္ျဖစ္ပါသည္။ ယခုရခိုင္ျပသနာသည္ အဓိကရုဏ္းအဆင့္မဟုတ္ပါ နယ္ေျမကိုမတရားနည္းျဖင့္ ပိုင္ဆိုင္လိုသူမ်ားႏွင့္ ကိုယ့္ထီး၊ကိုယ့္နန္းႏွင့္သမိုင္းအစဥ္အဆက္ႀကီးမားစြာေနထိုင္ ပိုင္ဆိုင္လာခဲ့ေသာ ေဒသခံရခိုင္တိုင္းရင္းသားတို႕၏ ဘိုးဘြားပိုင္နယ္ေျမအား ကာကြယ္မူ စစ္ပြဲပင္ျဖစ္ပါသည္။ ထိုအေျခအေနမ်ားကိုမသိရွိ၊ မေလ့လာဘဲ တာ၀န္မဲ့စြာေျပာဆိုသြားမူမွာ လံုး၀လက္ခံႏိုင္စရာ မရွိပါေၾကာင္း ျပင္းထန္စြာခ်ဴပ္ခ်ပါသည္။
ထိုအသံုးအႏူန္း အား တာ၀န္မဲ့စြာ သံုးစြဲခဲ့မူေၾကာင့္ ေနာင္ျဖစ္လာမည့္ ေနာက္ဆက္တြဲျပသနာမ်ားသည္ အိုဘားမား၏ လူံ႔ေဆာ္မူေၾကာင့္ ျဖစ္ရသည္ဟု မွတ္ယူႏိုင္ေသာေၾကာင့္ ထိုအသံုးအႏူန္းကို သံုးစြဲခဲ့မူအား တာ၀န္ရွိစြာ ေျဖရွင္းခ်က္ထုတ္ေပးပါရန္ႏွင့္ ေနာင္တခ်ိန္တြင္ မိမိတာ၀န္မဲ့စြာေျပာဆိုခဲ့မူအား တာ၀န္ယူေျဖရွင္းရမည္ျဖစ္ပါေၾကာင္း ထပ္ဆင့္တိုက္တြန္းလိုက္ပါသည္။

So All Myanmar government , President U Thein Sein , all parties in Myanmar , all Myanmar people and all Rakhine people must protest Obama about his Rohingya word in Yangon University.
Myanmar government , Myanmar people and Rakhine people don’t need to respect human rights of Bangalis and Myanmar muslims in Myanmar because they ( Bangalis and Myanmar Muslims ) don’t respect Myanmar people and Rakhine people human rights ( 90 % Bangalis kill , rape , burn all Rakhine people and Myanmar people in Rakhine state and Myanmar ).
