ရခုိင္ျပည္နယ္ေျမာက္ပိုင္း မြတ္ဆလင္ ဘာသာဝင္ အမ်ားစုေနထိုင္တဲ့ ၿမိဳ႕နယ္ႏွစ္ခုအတြင္းက ရုိဟင္ဂ်ာေတြအေနနဲ႔   မိသားစုတစ္စုကို ကေလး ၂ ဦးသာ ေမြးဖြားနႈန္းရွိရမယ္လို႔  ရခုိင္ျပည္နယ္အစိုးရက ကန္႔သတ္လုိက္တာဟာ  ခြဲျခားဆက္ဆံမႈ တစ္ရပ္သာျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း၊ သူ႔အေနနဲ႔ အျငင္းပြားစရာ ဒီအမိန္႔ထုတ္ျပန္ခ်က္ကို  ကန္႔ကြက္ေၾကာင္း အမ်ိဳးသားဒီမိုကေရစီအဖြဲ႔ခ်ဳပ္ ဥကၠဌ ေဒၚေအာင္ဆန္းစုၾကည္က ေျပာၾကား လုိက္ပါတယ္။

အန္င္အယ္လ္ဒီပါတီ ဗဟိုအလုပ္အမႈေဆာင္ ေကာ္မတီအစည္းအေဝး တက္ေရာက္လာရင္း သတင္းေထာက္ေတြနဲ႔ ေတြ႕ဆံုစဥ္ ေမးျမန္းတဲ့ ေမးခြန္းေတြကို ျပန္လည္ေျဖၾကားရာမွာ ေဒၚေအာင္ဆန္းစုၾကည္က  အခုလို ခြဲျခားဆက္ဆံမႈမ်ိဳးထားရိွတာဟာ မသင့္ေလ်ာ္ေၾကာင္း၊ ဒါဟာလူ႔အခြင့္အေရး က်င့္ထံုးနဲ႔လည္း ကိုက္ညီမႈမရွိေၾကာင္း ေျပာပါတယ္။ ဒါေပမယ့္ရခုိင္ျပည္နယ္အစိုးရအေနနဲ႔ ဒီမူ၀ါဒကို က်င့္သံုးေနၿပီလားဆိုတာ ေလာေလာဆယ္မွာ သူ႔အေနနဲ႔ အတည္မျပဳ မေျပာႏိုင္ေသးဘူးလို႔လဲ ဆိုပါတယ္။




 
ဘဂၤလားေဒ့ရွ္နယ္စပ္ ရခုိင္ျပည္နယ္အတြင္းမွာရွိတဲ့ ႐ုိဟင္ဂ်ာ မိသားစုေတြအေနနဲ႔ တအိမ္ေထာင္မွာ ကေလး ၂ ေယာက္ပဲ ေမြးဖြားခြင့္ရွိတယ္ဆုိၿပီး ျမန္မာအစုိးရက ၁၉၉၀ ခုႏွစ္ေတြမွာ ခ်မွတ္ခဲ့တဲ့ ဥပေဒကုိ အစုိးရက ၿပီးခဲ့တဲ့ သီတင္းပတ္အတြင္း ျပန္လည္ အတည္ျပဳလုိက္တာ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။

အခုလုိ လူဦးေရ ကန္႔သတ္ရျခင္း အေၾကာင္းရင္းနဲ႔ ပတ္သက္ၿပီး ရခုိင္အစုိးရ သတင္းထုတ္ျပန္ေရး ေကာ္မီတီအတြင္းေရးမွဴး ဦး၀င္းၿမိဳင္က ဗီြအုိေအကုိ အခုလုိ ရွင္းျပပါတယ္။

“က်ေနာ္တို႔ ရခိုင္မေရာက္ခင္ ဟိုးအရင္ကတည္းက ရွိခဲ့တာလို႔ သိရပါတယ္ခင္ဗ်။ အဲ့ဒါေတြကို UN အဖြဲ႔နဲ႔ AZT ဆိုတဲ့ ဆရာ၀န္အဖြဲ႔ေတြက ေဆာင္ရြက္တယ္လို႔လည္း သိရပါတယ္။ ဒါေပမဲ့လည္း သူတို႔က ေအာင္ျမင္တယ္လို႔ ေျပာေပမဲ့ အျပင္မွာကေတာ့ လူဦးေရ ေဖာင္းပြႏႈန္းက တအားႀကီးကို မ်ားလာပါတယ္။ အဲ့ဒီအတြက္ေၾကာင့္ က်ေနာ္တို႔ ရခိုင္ျပည္နယ္ စံုစမ္းေရးေကာ္မရွင္ က သူတုိ႔ဘာသာေရးအရေတာ့ မွန္ပါတယ္။ ဒါေပမဲ့ လူဦးေရအရ ထိန္းခ်ဳပ္သင့္ပါတယ္လို႔ သူတုိ႔က အႀကံျပဳထားတယ္။ အဲ့ဒီအတြက္ေၾကာင့္ က်ေနာ္တုိ႔က ဒီေဒသႏၱရအျပင္ နစခအဖြဲ႔နဲ႔ အုပ္ခ်ဳပ္ေရးအဖြဲ႔တို႔ ေပါင္းၿပီးေတာ့ ဒီအမိန္႔ကို ျပန္ၿပီးေတာ့ အတည္ျပဳ ထပ္ၿပီးေတာ့ ေၾကညာေပးရပါတယ္ခင္ဗ်။ အဲ့ဒီ စံုစမ္းေရးေကာ္မရွင္မွာေတာ့ သူ႔မွာေလ သူတို႔ရဲ႕ စာေတြ ထုတ္ျပန္တာ၊ အျပည့္အစံု ေၾကညာထားပါတယ္ခင္ဗ်။ ေဖာ္ျပသည့္အတုိင္း ေဆာင္ရြက္ေနတာပါခင္ဗ်။ သူတို႔က ဒီဟာ အရင္တုန္းကလည္း ရွိခဲ့ဖူးတယ္။ ဒါေပမဲ့လည္း အဲ့ဒါလုပ္ရင္ သူတို႔ဘာသာေရးနဲ႔ပတ္သက္လို႔ ျပႆနာတက္ႏုိင္တယ္။ သုိ႔ေပမဲ့လည္း ဒီဟာကို ေဆာင္ရြက္သင့္တယ္ဆုိၿပီး က်ေနာ္တို႔က အရင္တုန္းကတည္းက ရွိတဲ့ဟာကို ျပန္ၿပီး ေဆာင္ရြက္တာပါ။”

ဒီကန္႔သတ္ခ်က္ဟာ ရခုိင္ျပည္နယ္ ဘူးသီးေတာင္နဲ႔ ေမာင္ေတာၿမိဳ႕ ၂ ၿမိဳ႕မွာ အက်ဳံး၀င္မွာ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ရခုိင္ျပည္နယ္အတြင္း လူဦးေရ ၈ သိန္းေလာက္ရွိတဲ့ ႐ုိဟင္ဂ်ာေတြကုိ ျမန္မာအစုိးရက တုိင္းရင္းသားအျဖစ္ အသိအမွတ္ မျပဳပါဘူး။

သူတုိ႔ထဲမွာ ျမန္မာႏုိင္ငံကုိ တရားမ၀င္ ၀င္ေရာက္လာသူေတြလည္း ပါ၀င္တဲ့အတြက္၊ ႏုိင္ငံသားျဖစ္မႈကုိ ျပန္လည္စိစစ္ဖို႔ လုိအပ္တဲ့အေၾကာင္း ရခုိင္စုံစမ္းစစ္ေဆးေရး ေကာ္မရွင္က မၾကာမီက ထုတ္ျပန္တဲ့ အစီရင္ခံစာမွာ အႀကံျပဳထားပါတယ္။

All 969 Buddhist monks and all Myanmar Buddhist people protest Aung San suu Kyi in Yangon, Mandalay and every village , town, city in Myanmar for condemning 1 wife 2 child limit policy for 1 Bangali in Rakhine state, Myanmar.

The law can't apply in certain area. Our people do not have many kids these days anyway. So why not apply to all. If couple want more, give birth in oversea and bring them back.

in the year 1980 to 19---singapore government laid down rule and allow only one child
per family at that time singapore maintain

equal death rate.but later days they change
the policy and increased population about
5.6 millions because singapore like to
control the asia business with asian
population.
similar rules applied by many governments
to control the population.
we like to suggest politicians like to
support illegal immigrants please go and

Daw Su, You never say violation of women right in muslin community. Muslin women have no access to education, health care and employment. Women have no right to participate in decision for marriage ,divorce and family planning. Husband never keep money in wife's hand. Women are not allowed for shopping. Frequently women are raped inside and outside the house.Daily beating and keeping wife hunger is normal. Muslin guys assume that women are "Sex Slaves". Daw Su, Don't joke them.

Hello all of shwe Myanmar,just remind u all that if u love Aung San Suuu kyi, u must also love muslim Kalar as she will support them at all time. Because she doesn't have any more real Myanmar blood & no longer real Myanmar generation as well.so she doesn't need to care whether bad or good for the future of Myanmar. And she is not loving real Myanmar people & she will not even think about that.But she will try her ability on Myanmar whether can get or not for President Post.So we must just be careful on her. Trust me, she will try to say bad thing of current saturation, which mean her preparation for 2015 election!
