(WORKERS) SHOULD HAVE AGREEMENT SO THAT
IT IS EASY TO SETTLE IF DISPUTES ARISES.

3-WE NEED TO REVISE LABOR LAWS IF NECESSARY

A DRIVER TO DRIVE HIS CAR AND SALARY K....

3-AFTER ABOUT A YEAR LATER OUR FRIEND SOLD
HIS CAR AND BOUGHT A SMALL TAXI CAR AND THEN
MUTUALLY AGREED TO GIVE K..... TO TAXI CAR OWNER BY THE DRIVER.
AFTER FEW MONTHS LATER OUR FRIEND'S BROTHER IN LAWS INTERESTED TO DRIVE THE TAXI BECAUSE MORE
INCOME.
OUR FRIEND HAD NO CHOICE HE ACCEPTED HIS
WIFE REQUEST AND TOLD THE DRIVER AND ALLOWED
BROTHER IN LAWS TO DRIVE THE TAXI.
IT LOOK LIKE OK BUT THE DRIVER SEEKING LABOR
DEPARTMENT HELP AND OUR FRIEND PAID FOR THREE
MONTHS WAGES AS PER USUAL LABOR DEPARTMENT

WE FOUND THE DECISION WAS UNFAIR BECAUSE
ORIGINALLY THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN CAR
OWNER AND DRIVER WAS OWNER AND WORKER BUT WORKING CONDITION CHANGED SUCH AS TAXI CAR OWNER AND CONTRACTOR BY DAY TO DAY AGREEMENT
SHOULD NOT PAY FOR THREE MONTHS WAGES.
***ANOTHER TRUE STORY STILL IN DISPUTE;
ONE OF OUR FRIENDS SIGNED AN AGREEMENT WITH
A GROUP OF CONTRACTORS TO BUILD A BUILDING
TO COMPLETE WITHIN 18 MONTHS BUT CONTRACTORS FAILED TO COMPLETE THE BUILDING WITHIN TERMS
AND CONDITIONS.OUR FRIEND HAVE NO CHOICE AND
HE EXTENDED THE PERIOD ANOTHER YEAR TO COMPLETE THE BUILDING AND SIGNED 2ND CONTRACT
BUT PROBLEM COULD NOT SOLVE IN TIME AND HE
REPEATEDLY SIGNED 3RD,4TH AND 5TH AGREEMENTS
BUT STILL HE COULD NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM.
HE WAITING TO COMPLETE THE BUILDING FOR ABOUT SEVEN YEARS BUT THE CONTRACTORS SOLD THE ROOMS
AND COLLECTED THE MONEY AND RUN AWAY AND HIDING.
OUR FRIEND FOUND OUT LATER NEARLY ALL CONTRACTORS WILL SIGN AGREEMENT BUT THEY ALL
KNEW THERE ARE LOT OF LOOPHOLES IN OUR CIVIL
LAWS AND CITY LAWS.
OUR FRIEND AFRAID TO TAKE THE CASE TO THE COURT OF LAW BECAUSE USUALLY THIS KIND OF CIVIL COURT CASES WILL TAKE MANY YEARS TO SETTLE AND MAY BE SEVEN -EIGHT-NINE-TEN
YEARS AND MAY BE COULD NOT GET THE FAIR JUSTMENT AND GOING UP SO MANY STEPS FROM ONE
COURT TO ANOTHER COURT AND ANOTHER COURT AND NO PROPER SETUP TIME FRAME.
VERY FEW PEOPLE KNEW ABOUT OUR LEGAL SYSTEM

ALL OUR CITIES MANAGEMENT SYSTEM NEED TO OVERHAUL FROM TRADITIONAL PRACTICE TO NEW
PRACTICE.
ALL MAYORS AND CITY COUNCIL MEMBERS SHOULD
ELECT BY THE PUBLIC ONCE IN ONE YEAR/TWO YEARS ETC...
WE URGENTLY NEED TO CHANGE ALL COURT TRIAL INTO "TWELVE MEMBERS JURY SYSTEM".
