ဒီေန႕ ထုတ္ Daily Eleven မွာ ႏိုင္ငံ့ဘ႑ာေငြ အလြဲသံုးသူမ်ား၏ ႏိုင္ငံျခား ဘဏ္စာရင္းမ်ားေလာ၊ ေဒၚလာ ၁၁ ဘီလ်ံအထိရွိေသာ ျမန္မာအေကာင့္ ငါးခုကို အစိုးရအေနျဖင့္ ေဖာ္ထုတ္ရွင္းလင္းရန္ လိုလာ ေခါင္းစဥ္နဲ႕ သတင္းေဆာင္းပါးတစ္ပုဒ္ေဖာ္ျပထားပါတယ္။ အဲဒီသတင္းေဆာင္းပါးမွာ အခုလို ေရးသားထားခဲ့ပါတယ္။

ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံ အေနျဖင့္ ကမၻာ့ဘဏ္တြင္ တင္ရွိေနသည့္ အေၾကြးမွာ ေၾကြးၿမီစုစုေပါင္း အေမရိကန္ေဒၚလာ သန္း ၈၉၀ ေက်ာ္ တင္ရွိေနေၾကာင္း၊ တစ္ဘီလ်ံပင္ မရွိသည့္ ယင္းပမာဏသည္ နဂိုေခ်းထားသည့္ေငြေၾကာင့္ မဟုတ္ဘဲ အေၾကြးေဟာင္းမွ အတိုးမ်ား တက္လာျခင္းေၾကာင့္ စုစုေပါင္း အေၾကြးမွာ တစ္ဘီလ်ံနီးပါးအထိ ရွိလာခဲ့ျခင္းျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း၊ သို႔ေသာ္ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံမွ ျပည္ပတြင္ဘဏ္စာရင္း ငါးခုတည္းျဖင့္ အပ္ထားသည့္ေငြမွာ အေမရိကန္ေဒၚလာ ၁၁ ဘီလ်ံအထိ ရွိေနခဲ့ေၾကာင္းကို ကမၻာ့ဘဏ္မွ အာရွေဒသဆိုင္ရာ ဒါ႐ိုက္တာ Mr.Jelson Garcia က ေျပာၾကားခဲ့သည္။

အဲဒီသတင္းအခ်က္အလက္နဲ႕ပတ္သက္ျပီး ဘ႑ာေရး၀န္ၾကီးဌာနက တာ၀န္ရိွသူမ်ားကို ဆက္သြယ္ေမးျမန္းခ်က္အရ ေအာက္ပါအတုိင္းသိရိွရပါတယ္။
 
တစ္။ ကမာၻ႕ဘဏ္နဲ႕ ျမန္မာႏုိင္ငံအၾကား ေၾကြးျမီကိစၥမ်ားေဆြးေႏြးပြဲမ်ားမွာ ႏုိင္ငံျခားဘဏ္စာရင္း ငါးခု မွာ ေဒၚလာ ၁၁ ဘီလ် ံ ရိွတယ္ဆိုတဲ့ ကိစၥ နဲ႕ ပတ္သက္ျပီး တစ္ၾကိမ္မွ ေထာက္ျပေျပာဆိုေဆြးေႏြးခဲ့တာမရိွပါဘူး။

ႏွစ္။ Daily Eleven က ညႊန္းထားတဲ့ Mr.Jelson Garcia ဆိုတာဟာလည္း ကမာၻ႕ဘဏ္၀န္ထမ္းမဟုတ္ပါဘူး။ Bank Information Center ဆိုတဲ့ NGO က ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။
သံုး။ ဘ႑ာေရး၀န္ၾကီးဌာနကလည္း ကမာၻ႕ဘဏ္ကို သတင္းေဆာင္းပါးပါ အခ်က္အလက္မ်ားနဲ႕ ပတ္သက္ျပီး တရား ၀င္ထပ္မံစိစစ္ေပးဖို႕ အေၾကာင္းၾကားထားပါတယ္။

Jelson Garcia is the Manager for BIC’s Asia Program. A Filipino national, Jelson has previously worked for a number of local and international groups, which facilitated his close interaction with indigenous communities, federations of farmers, rural workers and fishermen and the demobilized combatants. He coordinated the campaign, advocacy, research and resource generation units of Peace for Development Group, supporting grassroots initiatives for agrarian reform, organic crop diversification, and environmental rehabilitation. He has researched sustainable agriculture alternatives promoted by MASIPAG, a Filipino national network of farmers, scientists and NGOs. He has also led two INGO-funded action research projects on the micro-level impacts of WTO policies as articulated in coastal development, sugar industry, agricultural and forestry programs of the national and local governments.

Burma Update
22) Mr. Garcia gave a presentation to the Board on the latest developments in Burma. He conveyed a cautious optimism amongst civil society as flickers of change in the country continue to unfold. The World Bank may engage in initial technical assistance around specific sectors. BIC is well-placed to support informed civil society interventions around IFI re-engagement.
