မသီတာေထြးအမႈ က်ဴးလြန္သူ တရားခံႏွစ္ဦးအား ဇြန္လ ၁၉ရက္ေန႔က အမိန္႔ခ်မွတ္လိုက္ၿပီး ၄င္းတရားခံႏွစ္ဦးအား ေက်ာက္ျဖဴမွ စစ္ေတြသို႔ ေခၚေဆာင္သြားေၾကာင္း သတင္းရရွိသည္။

ဇြန္လ ၁၉ရက္ေန႔က ေက်ာက္ျဖဴတရား႐ံုးတြင္ မသီတာေထြးအမႈႏွင့္ပက္သက္၍ တရားခံ မာမတ္ေရာ္ဖီး (ခ) လွဝင္း ႏွင္႔ လူလု(ခ)ေခၚခ်ီး(ခ)ျမင္႔ေဆြ(အျဖဴ) တို႔အား ပုဒ္မ ၃၇၆(မုဒိမ္မွု)၊၃၉၂(လုယက္မွု)၊၃၀၂/၁(၈)(မေသမခ်င္းသတ္မွူ) တို႔ကိုက်ဴးလြန္သည္႔အတြက္ ၃၂၀(၁)(ဂ) အရ ေသဒဏ္ခ်မွတ္လိုက္ေၾကာင္း သိရွိရသည္။

“သူတို႔ႏွစ္ေယာက္ကို ေက်ာက္ျဖဴတရား႐ံုးက ေသမိန္႔ခ်လိုက္ၿပီး၊ အယူခံ၀င္ခြင့္ ၇ရက္ေပးထားတယ္။ ဒီေန႔ ေက်ာက္ျဖဴ-စစ္ေတြ ေလယဥ္ခရီးစဥ္နဲ႔ ေက်ာက္ျဖဴကေန စစ္ေတြကို ေန႔လည္ဘက္ ၂း၃၀ နာရီမွာ ေခၚေဆာင္သြားၿပီ၊ ၇ရက္အတြင္း အယူခံမ၀င္ဘူးဆိုရင္ေတာ့ စစ္ေတြမွာဘဲ ႀကိဳးမိန္႔ေပးမယ္ထင္တယ္”ဟု ေက်ာက္ျဖဴ လူငယ္တစ္ဦးမွ ေျပာျပသည္။

၄င္းတရားခံ ႏွစ္ဦးအား ေက်ာက္ျဖဴမွ စစ္ေတြသို႔ ေခၚေဆာင္သြားရန္ရွိသျဖင့္ ေက်ာက္ျဖဴ-စစ္ေတြ ေလယဥ္ျဖင့္ လိုက္ပါမည့္ ခရီးသည္မ်ားမွာ လိုက္ပါခြင့္မရခဲ့ေၾကာင္း သိရွိရသည္။ စစ္ေတြေလဆိပ္တြင္ စစ္ကား ၃စီးျဖင့္ လံုျခံဳေရးယူထားၿပီး၊ ေလဆိပ္အတြင္းသို႔ မည္သူမွ ၀င္ခြင့္မရေၾကာင္းလည္း သိရွိရသည္။
