လက္ရွိ ျပည္တြင္းတြင္ စင္ကာပူ၊ ထုိင္း၊ ဗီယက္နမ္၊ လာအို၊ ဂ်ပန္စသည့္ ႏုိင္ငံမ်ားမွ ဥပေဒအက်ဳိးေဆာင္လုပ္ငန္းမ်ား (Law Firm)မ်ားအျပင္ စီးပြားေရးပိတ္ဆို႔မႈမ်ားျပဳလုပ္ခဲ့သည့္ ဥေရာပႏွင့္ အေမရိကန္ႏုိင္ငံမ်ားမွ အႀကီးစားဥပေဒအက်ဳိးေဆာင္လုပ္ငန္းမ်ား ပါ၀င္ေရာက္အေျခစိုက္လာသည္ကိုေတြ

“ႏိုင္ငံျခားကုမၸဏီေတြက ဒီကဥပေဒေတြကို မသိၾကဘူး။ သူတို႔မသိတဲ့ ဥပေဒေတြကို ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႔ကရွင္းျပေပးရမွာ။ အႀကံဉာဏ္ေပးရမွာပါ”ဟု ၿဗိတိန္ဥပေဒ အက်ဳိးေဆာင္လုပ္ငန္းႏွင့္ လက္မွတ္ေရးထုိးခဲ့သည့္ ဦးတင္ယုက ဆိုသည္။
