ျမန္မာႏုိင္ငံနဲ႔ ပတ္သက္ၿပီး တ႐ုတ္ႏုိင္ငံဘက္က အေလးအနက္အထားဆံုး အေၾကာင္းအရာကို ေျပာပါဆိုရင္ေတာ့ ႏုိင္ငံေရးအရ အေကာင္အထည္ ေဖာ္ေနတဲ့ကိစၥေတြနဲ႔အတူ ႏွစ္ဘက္လူထုအၾကား ထိေတြ႔ဆက္ဆံေရး ကိစၥေတြျဖစ္ပါတယ္လုိ႔ ျမန္မာႏုိင္ငံဆုိင္ရာ တ႐ုတ္သံ႐ံုးရဲ႕ ႏုိင္ငံေရးဌာနအႀကီးအကဲ မစၥတာ ေကာင္မင္းေပါ (Gao Mingbao) က ေျပာပါတယ္။

It is very important to have closed relation with this strategic partner and true friend
in need. China is a friend in need and a friend indeed. White and Black Kalars are never to be trusted. Our history has shown their cunningness and their sinister designs in the years 1824, 1852, 1885,1947 etc.
Please study what had happened to our countries in those years.
Now these kalars are coming back with their mantras-"Helping Myanmar", "advising democracy and human rights"
Their aim is clear. TO MAKE MUT SU KYI, WHO HAS TWO WHITE KALAR SONS THE PRESIDENT.
China helped Myanmar in the darkest days when all white and black kalars ( United States, Britain, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UN, any other white and black kalars ) were threatening us with sanctions and war.
These kalars tried to block Myanmar entry to ASEAN. Our friends of South East Asia rejected their efforts. They tried to make UN for economic sanctions. China and Russia vetoed against them.
Do not forget these cruel efforts.
Do not forget China's valuable help.
Do not forget the other friends who help us in our darkest days.
