We can negotiate with americans. The american companies should buy the electric power factory in the Kachin state and the U.S will be closerer to Myanmar and the U.S should set up sophasticated and state of arts american weapons to the Myanmar army to get out of Chinese influinces or make Myanmar rich to buy weapons as to a standard army.
