Scotland လြတ္လပ္ေရး ရေတာ့မယ္

ႏွစ္ေပါင္း ၇၀၀ ေလာက္ အဂၤလိပ္ လူမ်ဳိးေအာက္ ေရာက္ေနခဲ့တဲ့ စေကာ့တလန္ ျပည္နယ္ဟာ၊ သိပ္မၾကာခင္မွာ လြတ္လပ္ေရး ရေတာ့မွာ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။

ၿဗိတိန္ ၀န္ႀကီးခ်ဳပ္ ေဒးဗစ္ ကမ္မရြန္း ကေန စေကာ့တလန္အတြင္းေနထုိင္တဲ့ ျပည္သူေတြရဲ႕ လူထုခံယူပဲြ (Referendum) လုပ္ဖုိ႔ သေဘာတူ လက္မွတ္ထုိးေပးလုိက္ပါၿပီ။

တခါတုန္းက ေနမ၀င္ အင္ပါယာ ႀကီးထူေထာင္ႏုိင္ခဲ့ၾကေသာ္လည္း၊
ႏုိင္ငံ့ တ၀က္ေလာက္ ဆုံးရႈံးရမဲ့ အေရး ျဖစ္ေသာ္လည္း၊
ေလာက ပါလ တရားကုိ ဆန္႔က်င္ၿပီး မလုပ္ေကာင္းမွန္း သိလာတဲ့ အခါမွာ သူတုိ႔ မျငင္းႏုိင္ေတာ့ပါဘူး။ ဒါေတြေၾကာင့္လဲ အဂၤလိပ္လူမ်ဳိးေတြရဲ႕ ဂုဏ္သိကၡာ ဆက္လက္ရွင္သန္ ေနခဲ့တာပါ။

စေကာ့တလန္ ခဲြထြက္သြားၿပီးရင္ေတာ့ ၿဗိတိန္ ဟာ ကခ်င္ျပည္နယ္ ေလာက္ပဲ က်န္ေတာ့မွာပါ။
