၂၀၀၃ ခုႏွစ္က ခ်မွတ္ခဲ့တဲ့ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံကေန သြင္းကုန္ပိတ္ဆို႔မႈ ဥပေဒကို အေမရိကန္ အထက္နဲ႔ ေအာက္ လႊတ္ေတာ္ ႏွစ္ရပ္စလံုးကေန မေန႔က သက္တမ္း တစ္ႏွစ္ ထပ္တိုးလိုက္ပါ တယ္။ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံတြင္း ေျပာင္းလဲမႈေတြ အေပၚ အသိအမွတ္ျပဳေပမဲ့ အေျပာင္းအလဲေတြ ထပ္ျဖစ္လာဖို႔ ေမွ်ာ္လင့္ၿပီး ဒီ ဥပေဒ ၾကမ္းထဲမွာ အေမရိကန္ သမၼတရဲ႕ ေလွ်ာ့ေပါ့ေပးႏိုင္တဲ့ လုပ္ပိုင္ခြင့္ေတြ ထည့္သြင္းေပးထားတယ္လို႔ ဒီ ဥပေဒ သက္တမ္းတိုးေရး အဆိုတင္သြင္းတဲ့ ဥပေဒျပဳ အမတ္ေတြက ေျပာပါတယ္။

အခုလို ၂၀၀၃ ခုႏွစ္ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံနဲ႔ပတ္သက္လို႔ သြင္းကုန္ပိတ္ဆို႔မႈ ဥပေဒကို လႊတ္ေတာ္ ႏွစ္ရပ္စလံုး သက္တမ္း တိုးလိုက္တဲ့အေပၚ ျမန္မာ့ဒီမိုကေရစီေရးနဲ႔ ပတ္သက္ၿပီး အေလးေပးေဆာင္ရြက္ၾကတဲ့ လႊြတ္ေတာ္ အမတ္ေတြက ႀကိဳဆိုလိုက္ၾကပါတယ္။ ဒီဥပေဒထဲမွာပဲ သမၼတ အာဏာနဲ႔ ေလွ်ာ့ေပါ့ ေပးႏိုင္တဲ့ လုပ္ပို္င္ခြင့္ ကိုလည္း ထည့္သြင္းထားပါတယ္။ ဒါေၾကာင့္ အေရးယူမႈ ဥပေဒ သက္တမ္း တိုးလို္က္တယ္ ဆိုေပမယ့္ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံက အေျပာင္းအလဲေတြအေပၚတည္ၿပီး အေရးယူမႈေတြကို ေလွ်ာ့ေပါ့ေပးဦးမယ့္ လကၡဏာလည္း ေတြ႔ရပါတယ္။

ဒီ ဥပေဒ သက္တမ္းတိုးေရး အတြက္ ေအာက္ လႊတ္ေတာ္မွာ အဓိက ကမ ကထ ေဆာင္ရြက္ သူ ေအာက္လႊတ္ေတာ္ အမတ္ Joseph Crowley ကေတာ့ ဒီ ဥပေဒကို သက္တမ္းတုိးလိုက္တာဟာ အေမရိကန္ ျပည္ေထာင္စုအေနနဲ႔ ျမန္မာ လူ႔အခြင့္အေရးအတြက္ အေလးအနက္ ရိွေနတယ္ ဆိုတာကို ျပသတာ ျဖစ္တယ္လို႔ ေျပာပါတယ္။

“ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံတြင္း လူ႔အခြင့္အေရး အေျခအေနေတြ တိုးတက္လာေစဖို႔ အေမရိကန္ဘက္က ကူညီဖို႔ ပိုင္းျဖတ္ထားတယ္ဆိုတာကို ျပသတဲ့ ဥပေဒၾကမ္းျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ၿပီးခဲ့တဲ့ ဇန္န၀ါရီလတုန္းက ျမန္ မာႏိုင္ငံကို က်ေနာ္ေရာက္ခဲ့ပါတယ္။ ဒါဟာ ၁၂ ႏွစ္အတြင္း ေအာက္လႊတ္ေတာ္ကေန ပထမဆံုး သြားေရာက္တဲ့ လြႊတ္ေတာ္အမတ္တဦးခရီးစဥ္ျဖစ္ခဲ့ပါတယ္။

ေျပာင္းလဲမႈေတြ ျဖစ္လာႏိုင္ေျခ ရိွတယ္ဆိုတာကို က်ေနာ္ မ်က္ျမင္ ေတြ႔ခဲ့ပါတယ္။ လြတ္ေျမာက္ေတာ့မယ္ ဆိုတဲ့ ေမွ်ာ္လင့္ခ်က္ေတြနဲ႔ ႏုိင္ငံေရးအက်ဥ္းသားေတြ မိသားစု၀င္ေတြနဲ႔ ေတြ႔ခဲ့ပါ တယ္။

အမ်ိဳးသားျပန္လည္သင့္ျမတ္ေရး ျဖစ္လာႏိုင္တယ္ဆိုတဲ့ ေမွ်ာ္လင့္ခ်က္ရိွတဲ့ တိုင္းရင္းသား လူနည္းစုေတြနဲ႔ ေတြ႔ခဲ့ပါတယ္။ ေဒၚေအာင္ဆန္းစုၾကည္နဲ႔ ေတြ႔ခဲ့ပါတယ္။ ဒါေၾကာင့္ အခု ပိတ္ဆို႔လိုက္တာပါ”


ဒါေၾကာင့္ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံအေပၚ အေမရိကန္က သံုးႏွစ္အေရးယူမႈ သက္တမ္း ထပ္တိုးမယ္ ဆိုၿပီး ေျပာဆိုေနတဲ့အခ်က္ဟာ မွားယြင္းတယ္လို႔ အထက္လႊတ္ေတာ္အမတ္ မက္ေကာနယ္ရဲ႕ ေၾကညာခ်က္မွာ ေဖာ္ျပပါတယ္။ ဒီ ဥပေဒကို လႊတ္ေတာ္ႏွစ္ရပ္ကေန တႏွစ္ ခ်င္း သက္တမ္းတိုးရမွာျဖစ္တယ္လို႔ မစၥတာ မက္ေကာနယ္က ေျပာပါတယ္။

ဒါ့အျပင္ ဒီ ဥပေဒ သက္တမ္းတိုးတာေၾကာင့္ အေမရိကန္အစိုးရကေန ဒီႏွစ္အေစာပိုင္းတုန္းက ရင္းႏွီး ျမႇဳပ္ႏွံမႈနဲ႔ ေငြေၾကး၀န္ေဆာင္မႈေတြ ပိတ္ပင္ထားတာကို ေလွ်ာ့ေပါ့ေပးခဲ့တာအေပၚ သက္ေရာက္မႈ ရိွမွာ မဟုတ္ပါဘူးလို႔လည္း ေထာက္ျပပါတယ္။ ဒီ ဥပေဒပါ လိုလား သတ္မွတ္ ခ်က္ေတြ ျပည့္စံုမႈရိွလာတာနဲ႔ ဒီ တားျမစ္မႈ ဥပေဒကို ေလွ်ာ့ေပါ့ေပးႏိုင္တဲ့ အခြင့္အာဏာကိုလည္း ထည့္သြင္းထားပါတယ္လို႔ ဆိုပါတယ္။

ဒါ့အျပင္ အခုလို အေမရိကန္အစိုးရပိုင္းက လုပ္ပိုင္ခြင့္အရ အေရးယူမႈေတြ ေလွ်ာ့ေပါ့ေပးမယ္လို႔ စဥ္းစားတဲ့အခါမွာလည္း ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံထဲက အေျပာင္းအလဲေတြကိုတင္ ထည့္သြင္းစဥ္းစား တာမဟုတ္ဘဲ ႏိုဗယ္ၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းေရးဆုရွင္ ျမန္မာ့ဒီမိုကေရစီေခါင္းေဆာင္ ေဒၚေအာင္ဆန္းစုၾကည္နဲ႔ အမ်ိဳးသားဒီမိုကေရစီအဖဲြ႔ခ်ဳပ္ကိုပါ နီးနီးကပ္ကပ္ တိုင္ပင္ညိႇႏိႈင္းဖို႔ အထက္ လႊတ္ေတာ္အမတ္ မက္ေကာနယ္က အေမရိကန္အစိုးရကို အေလးအနက္ တိုက္တြန္းထားပါတယ္။

These are the conditions Yanks to show the world that so-called Free Trade what American Government loves to do. euh!

Weren’t these Yanks saying “love you mum” for “fcuk you mum” as they just bedded own mums instead.

China is not only being crowned in Olympic, but also in economy in the sense that Chinese technically aren’t dependent consumers anymore but Chinese develop into independent designers and producers of the world, being proud stakeholder of Americans debts which yanks owe to payback.

Not dependent consumers but independent designers and producers, China. What a phenomenon.

Absolutely, you will hear again ( KaBa Sa-Yar-Gyi = Guru Of World ) Yanks’ Free Trade Vomits in coming WTO. What an inspiring Yanks? Gee! Gee! Gee!
