ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံ၊ ရခိုင္ျပည္နယ္တြင္ ဘဂၤလီမ်ား ကိစၥရႈပ္ေထြးခ်ိန္က ေရာက္လာခဲ့ျပီး ဘဂၤလီကို ရိုဟင္ဂ်ာမ်ား အျဖစ္ ေျပာဆိုခဲ့သည့္ ကုလသမဂၢ လူ႔အခြင့္အေရး ကိုယ္စားလွယ္Tomas Ojea Quintana ဟာ ကခ်င္ျပည္ နယ္ အတြင္း စစ္ပြဲမ်ားအျပီး အခ်ိန္ကိုက္ ေရာက္ရွိလာခဲ့ျပန္ပါတယ္။ ၄င္း ေရာက္ရွိမႈႏွင့္အတူ ရခိုင္ျပည္နယ္ ေဒသ မ်ားမွ ဘဂၤလီအၾကမ္းဖက္မႈမ်ား ျဖစ္ပြားခဲ့ျပီး၊ ညမထြက္ရ အမိန္႔မ်ား ျပန္ လည္ ထုတ္ျပန္ရသည့္ အခ်ိန္ကိုက္ ျဖစ္ေစခဲ့ပါတယ္။ အဆိုပါ ကိုယ္စားလွယ္မွ ဘဂၤလီမ်ားကို ဂရုတစုိက္ ကူညီ သင့္ေၾကာင္း ေျပာဆိုရင္း နယ္စပ္ မ်ားရွိ စစ္တပ္မ်ားကို ဘယ္အခ်ိန္ ရုပ္သိမ္းမွာလဲဟု ေမးခဲ့သည့္အတြက္ တာ၀န္ရွိသူမ်ားက ေမးခြန္းမွာ ေဘာင္ ေက်ာ္ေနေၾကာင္း တုန္႔ျပန္ခဲ့ၾကသည္ဟု သိရပါသည္။
ရခိုင္ျပည္နယ္တြင္ အေနာက္တံခါးလုံဖို႔ တစ္စိုက္မတ္  တြန္းအားေပးေနသည့္ ေဒါက္တာ ေအးေမာင္တို႔၏ ေျပာ စကားႏွင့္ ဆန္႔က်င္စြာ ေနရာယူထားတဲ့ တပ္မ်ားကို ရုပ္သိမ္းရန္ ေျပာၾကားျခင္းသည္ ရခိုင္ ေဒသ အတြင္း ဘဂၤလီမ်ား လြတ္လပ္စြာ စိမ့္၀င္ႏိုင္ရန္အတြက္ ျဖစ္လာႏိုင္ေၾကာင္း ေဒသခံမ်ားမွ ေျပာၾကား ခဲ့ပါတယ္။
ယခင္ တစ္ေခါက္ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံသို႔ လာေရာက္ျပီး ဘဂၤလီမ်ားႏွင့္ ပတ္သက္၍ ကင္တားနားမွ ေအာက္ပါ အတိုင္း ေျပာ ဆိုခဲ့ဖူးပါတယ္။
ကုလသမဂၢနဲ႔ အစိုးရမဟုတ္ေသာ ႏုိင္ငံတကာ အဖဲြ႕အစည္းမ်ား (INGO မ်ား) အေပၚဆန္႔က်င္တဲ့ ခံစား ခ်က္ေတြေ ပၚမွာလည္း ကၽြန္ေတာ္စိုးရိမ္ပူပန္မိပါတယ္။ အထူးသျဖင့္ လူသားခ်င္း စာနာေထာက္ထားမႈ ေထာက္ ပံ့ ကူညီမႈမ်ားအား ဘက္မလုိက္ေရးႏွင့္ ၾကားေနေရးဆုိေသာ အေျခခံမူမ်ားအတုိင္း မေထာက္ပံ့ ဟူေသာ ရခုိင္ဗုဒၶၶဘာ သာ၀င္ေတြရဲ႕ ထင္ျမင္ယူဆမႈေတြကုိ ပူပန္ပါတယ္။ ဒီထင္ျမင္မႈေတြကို ေခ်ဖ်က္ဖုိ႔ရာ ပါ၀င္ ပတ္သက္ေနေသာ ႏုိင္ငံတကာအဖဲြ႕အစည္းမ်ား အေနနဲ႔အစိုးရအာဏာပိုင္ မ်ားႏွင့္အတူတကြ ပူးတဲြ လုပ္ေဆာင္ရန္ ကၽြန္ေတာ္တိုက္တြန္းပါတယ္။ 
ဒါ့အျပင္ လူသားခ်င္းစာနာေထာက္ထားမႈဆိုင္ရာ လိုအပ္ခ်က္ေတြကို အစုိးရက တုံ႔ျပန္ရန္ႀကိဳးစားၿပီး   ေန ရာေ ရႊ႕ေျ ပာင္း ေနထုိင္ရသူ မ်ားအား ျပန္လည္ ေနရာခ်ထားေရး အလယ္အလတ္ ကာလ တစ္ရပ္ အစီအစဥ္ေတြ ရွိေနေပမယ့္လည္း ျပန္လည္ထူေထာင္ေရးနဲ႔ ျပန္လည္ရင္ၾကားေစ့ေရးမွာ တာရွည္ခံေသာ မဟာ ဗ်ဴဟာ တစ္ရပ္ေဖာ္ထုတ္ဖို႔ရာ သတိျပဳလုပ္ေဆာင္ရပါမယ္။ လူ႔အဖဲြ႕အစည္းႏွစ္ရပ္ကို ခဲြျခားေရး ထက္ ေပါင္းစည္းမႈေပၚ အေျခခံတဲ့ မဟာဗ်ဴဟာတစ္ရပ္  ေဖာ္ထုတ္ရပါမယ္။  
ရခိုင္ျပည္နယ္က လူ႔အဖဲြ႕အစည္းေတြၾကားက အျမစ္တြယ္ေနတဲ့ မုန္းတီးမႈေတြနဲ႔ မယံုၾကည္မႈေတြနဲ႔ ပတ္ သက္ၿပီးေတာ့လည္း ကၽြန္ေတာ္အလြန္အမင္းစိုးရိမ္မိပါတယ္။ အစိုးရက ရဲရင့္တဲ့ ေျခလွမ္းေတြ မလွမ္း ဘူးဆိုရင္ အေျခအေနဟာ ပိုမိုယုိယြင္းပ်က္စီးသြားပါလိမ့္မယ္။
ဒီအေၾကာင္းအရာနဲ႔ ပတ္သက္ၿပီးေတာ့ ကၽြန္ေတာ့္ရဲ႕ လုပ္ပိုင္ခြင့္ကာလတစ္ေလွ်ာက္လံုးမွာ ႐ုိဟင္ ဂ်ာေတြကို စနစ္တက် ခဲြျခားဆက္ဆံမႈေတြအေပၚ ပူပန္မႈေတြကို ေတာက္ေလွ်ာက္အ သားေပးေျပာ ဆိုခဲ့ပါတယ္။ ဒီပူပန္မႈေတြမွာ ႐ိုဟင္ဂ်ာေတြကို ႏိုင္ငံသားအျဖစ္ ျငင္းပယ္မႈ သို႔မဟုတ္ တရား၀င္ အေနအ ထား မေပးမႈ၊ သူတို႔ရဲ႕ လြတ္လပ္စြာ သြားလာလႈပ္ ရွားခြင့္အေပၚ ကန္႔သတ္ခ်က္မ်ား ထားရွိမႈ၊ အိမ္ေ ထာင္ျပဳေရး ကန္႔သတ္မႈေတြနဲ႔ အျခားခဲြျခားဆက္ဆံမႈ ေပၚလစီေတြ ပါ၀င္ပါတတယ္။ႏိုင္ငံတကာ လူ႔အခြင့္ အေရး စံႏႈန္း ေတြနဲ႔ကိုက္ညီေစဖုိ႔ရာ ၁၉၈၂ ခုႏွစ္ ႏိုင္ငံသားဥပေဒကို ျပန္လွန္သံုးသပ္ျခင္း အပါအ၀င္ ဒီကိစၥေ တြကို ေျဖရွင္းသြားမယ္လုိ႔ ကၽြန္ေတာ္ေမွ်ာ္လင့္ပါတယ္။
႐ိုဟင္ဂ်ာေတြရဲ႕ ႏိုင္ငံမဲ့မႈ အေျခအေနအတြက္ တာရွည္ခံမယ့္ ေျဖရွင္းခ်က္ေတြကို   ေဖာ္ထုတ္ ရာမွာႏုိင္ငံတကာ အသိုင္းအ၀ိုင္းကလည္း ပါ၀င္ေဆာင္ရြက္ရပါမယ္။ အဲဒီ ေျဖရွင္းခ်က္ေတြကို လူ႔အခြင့္ အေရးအေျခခံမႈေတြ အေပၚမွာ မူတည္ရပါမယ္။

Tomas Ojea Quintana get a lot of bribe money from world Bangali organization , Saudi Arabia and other Arab governmets.
He support illegal Bangali in Rakhine state and Myanmar. He is dog of Bangalis muslim separatists, terrorists and Bangladesh government and Saudi Arabia muslim country ( Head of snake of World Islamization ) and other Arab muslim and world muslim countries.
Myanmar government strongly protest him and don't allow him to enter Myanmar because he is spy and pro illegal Bangali Muslims.

i want to say to Mr.Quintana , are you really advocate for Bangali( so called Rohingya)?,you should think about that they are illegal migrants from their native Bangladesh , and then keep in your mind that india have been making the fence along Bangladesh border to prevention illegal migrants from it's neighbor bangla ,,,,
mr.quintana should not say about our citizenship law in 1984,which is our right, as a un special envoy
could keep going for internal affair and then next, human right and citizenship is quite different widely knowledged in the world...

All Myanmar people must protest for the following anti muslim and Islam laws in Myanmar.

(1) Myanmar government must issue laws that arrest and severe fine and prison for any Muslim who married Myanmar Buddhist girl. All Myanmar girl who married Muslim illegally and their children must be Buddhists

(2 )Control all Myanmar muslim population in Myanmar ( 1 wife and 1 (kid ) child for 1 muslim ). Reward all person who inform authority that one muslim who has more than 1 wife and 1 child ( kid ) in Myanmar .

(3) All Myanmar Buddhists shops and stores owners must stick Buddhism sign ( 969 ) in front of shops and stores. All Myanmar Buddhists don’t support any Muslim Business and don’t buy any foods and goods from Muslim shops ( 786 sticker) and any shops that don’t have ( 969 sticker ) in Myanmar . All Myanmar Buddhists support Buddhists Business and buy foods and goods from Buddhist shops ( 969 sticker ) only.
All Myanmar Buddhists don’t buy any homes , offices and buildings from Muslims constructors. If do so, All Muslims business will be destroyed and all muslims can’t live in Myanmar and they will flee to their mother country Bangladesh and Pakistan.

( 4 ) Ban Mosques in Myanmar and destroy all mosques in Myanmar. Every Non Islamic country must ban Mosque and destroy all Mosques because Mosque are like Nazi Hitler and Fascist Japan Brainwash Headquater , drug Heroin , Cancer and Virus. Every Non Islamic country ban Mosque if Saudi Arabia allow Buddhist pagoda, temple , Church in Saudi because Mosque and Islam win and overtake other non Islam religion finally .

Mosque are sign of supporting of more illegal Bangalis and Myanmar muslims. All Non Islamic muslim countries will be Islamic muslim countries like Indonesia , Malaysia, Pakistan , Bangladesh if every Non Islamic muslim country allow and accept Mosque, Islamic schools, Islamic organizations, Koran and Muslim immigrants , Asylum , Refugees and all other things relate to Islam.
