ဒီအဖြားႀကီး ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္မ်က္ႏွာနဲ႕ အခြင့္ထူးခံ တာ မ်ားေနၿပီ၊ အျခား ျပည္သူတစ္ေယာက္ဆိုရင္ သူ႔လို ႏိုင္ငံျခားမွာ အၾကာႀကီးေန၊ သံရံုးကို အဆက္အသြယ္မလုပ္၊ ကင္းကြာ ႏိုင္ငံသား ျဖစ္ေနျပီဆိုရင္ ဒီႏိုင္ငံကို ႏိုင္ငံသား တစ္ေယာက္အေနနဲ႕ ျပန္လာခြင့္ရွိပါမလား၊ သူေျပာသလို လူ၀င္မွဳဥပေဒ ေတြ အားနည္းေနလို႔လား၊ မဟုတ္ဘူး။ အခြင့္ထူးခံအေနနဲ႕ ၀င္ခြင့္ေပးခဲ့တာ။ တကယ့္ဥပေဒ အတိုင္းဆိုရင္ သူေရာ၊ ရိုဟင္ဂ်ာေတြေရာ ဘယ္လိုမွ ႏိုင္ငံသားျဖစ္စရာ မရွိဘူး။ ေနာက္ၿပီး အျခားျပည္သူေတြအေနနဲ႕ အဂၤလိပ္လင္၊ အဂၤလိပ္သားေတြေမြး သူျဖစ္ရင္ လႊတ္ေတာ္ထဲ ၀င္ခြင့္ရပါ့မလား။ ဒါေတြအားလံုးဟာ ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္မ်က္ႏွာနဲ႕ အထူးအခြင့္ အေရးေပးထားတာ။ ဥပေဒအထက္မွာ ရွိတဲ႕လူေတြ ရတဲ အခြင့္အေရးဘဲ။ ဥပေဒေအာက္က ျပည္သူေတြမွာ ဒါမ်ိဳးအခြင့္အေရး မရွိႏိုင္ဘူူး။
